Dar Ghax-Xemx was converted back in 2006 by ourselves. It is now under new ownership who has maintained the excellent quality and service.

Lying in what must be the narrowest and prettiest alley in Victoria, this quaint two bedroomed house offers a real experience of Gozo at its best. The house itself is one of the oldest in the area. It is brimming with original features, comfortable, cosy and has great views over the town up to the Citadel, Gelmus Hill and beyond. If you happen to  be there during the feasts of San Gorg and Santa Maria you will have the best view of the spectacular fireworks set off from Gelmus whilst enjoying your BBQ or a glass of wine up on the roof terrace.

Entrance is into a pretty little courtyard which leads in to the kitchen and another doorway leads into the sitting room. There is an external and internal staircase to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and the internal stairs carry on up to the sunny roof terrace where you can enjoy a quiet time in the sun and BBQ in the evenings.

The house is well equipped and situated in a quiet alley yet cafes, shops and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. The main bus terminus is a 5 minute walk which makes this house the perfect spot to explore the island by bus, foot or bicycle.
